SECURITY:

Our shopping cart system uses the best security available on the web. Also, all of the customer information you give us is kept strictly confidential and we do not make our customer list available to anyone, ever.

SHIPPING:

We charge only the actual cost of shipping, there are no handling charges.  Because we only charge the actual cost of postage, we cannot give you a total on your order until after it is shipped. Orders are sent by First Class or Priority Mail, larger parcels are sent by UPS.  Most orders are shipped within a week, but occasionally items are backordered or delayed in shipping to us, so please allow two weeks before inquiring about your order. If we anticipate a delay longer than that, we'll let you know by email.  We do not accept/ship orders under $6.00.

FOREIGN ORDERS:

We welcome orders from outside of the US. Small orders are sent by International First Class or Priority Mail International with orders $50 and over insured, with all of the appropriate customs forms and declarations.  Customs forms  are not necessary on all parcels, but on those that do require it, all information will be stated accurately and completely.  Please do not ask us to do otherwise.

We will ship to other countries by insured Priority Mail International or registered mail.

CHANGES/ ADDITIONS :

Once an order has been placed, the security on our order system does not allow it to be altered in any way. Additions to orders will be treated as a separate order.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover, we do not accept any other form of payment.

ERRORS:

We try hard not to let mistakes happen, but if we've made an error in your order, please contact us and we'll correct it as quickly as possible.

RETURNS:

All returns must be authorized.  Please contact us if you wish to return any items. Unless we are in error and have sent you an item you did not order, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable.  Returned items must be in saleable condition. Special orders and sale items are not returnable

We encourage you to use our Shopping Cart/Secure Ordering System which uses the best security available. If you already use it - thank you! It enables us to fill your orders as quickly, accurately and efficiently as possible and provides a shipping label so the post office workers doesn't have to try reading my handwriting.

Our Shopping Cart/Secure Order System has a special area after the Credit Card Information for you to add comments, suggestions and notes.  Please use this area for any other information you'd like us to know.
 

PLEASE NOTE

Orders submitted by Phone, Fax, Email and Mail take longer to process than those submitted using the Shopping Cart/Secure Order System.

Orders can be faxed to us at 860-974-1215. Please use our printable order form and fill it out completely and legibly with the following information:

    -- Designer/Chart Name or Product Description, Quantity,  Price.
    -- Your Full Name, Complete Address, Phone, Email Address.
    -- Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card Number, Expiration Date, Signature

EMAIL

Please be sure to give us all of the following information:

    -- Designer/Chart Name or Product Description, Quantity,  Price.
    -- Your Full Name, Complete Address, Phone, Email Address.
    -- Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card Number, Expiration Date, Verification Code from back of credit card

Orders can be sent to us at Wyndham Needleworks, PO Box 248, Eastford CT 06242. Please use our printable order form and fill it out completely and legibly with the following information:

    -- Designer/Chart Name or Product Description, Quantity,  Price.
    -- Your Full Name, Complete Address, Phone, Email Address.
    -- Visa, Mastercard or Discover Card Number, Expiration Date, Verification Code from back of credit card, Signature

You may call us toll-free in the US at 888-633-3534 to place an order.  Outside of the US the number is 860-974-1214.  Please be ready to give us the following information:
